With over 40 years of experience and three generations in fish, Interfish has an extensive experience with producing and packing fresh fish for Supermarkets and wholesalers in Western-Europe.

We supply all the North Sea Fish: from the common sole to red mullet, squid, and mackerels. Besides fresh North Sea Fish we complement our product range with high-quality imported products like tuna and scallops and finalize our assortment with added-value products like skinpackaging.

Quality, Hygiene and Production

We process fresh fish on a daily basis. To ensure good quality, we use a commissioner on every fish auction in the Netherlands. Our plant is IFS certified to ensure production that meets the highest demands on production and hygiene.
