Responsibility Beyond Business

Interfish is proud to support projects that go beyond daily business operations. Recently, through a partnership with Eurobottle, Interfish contributed to UNICEF’s Plastic Bricks project in Côte d’Ivoire, transforming plastic waste into building blocks for schools — making a real impact on education, communities, and the environment.

UNICEF’s Plastic Bricks: Innovation in Sustainability

As a UNICEF Business Buddie, Eurobottle — and by extension Interfish through its support — contributes to a project that addresses two pressing challenges in Côte d’Ivoire: plastic pollution and limited access to education.

The Plastic Bricks initiative recycles plastic waste collected by local women and youth, transforming it into building blocks used to construct classrooms. By purchasing the waste at fair prices and providing training in safe disposal and business skills, UNICEF’s project empowers communities, improves school infrastructure, and reduces environmental contamination.
