Fresh North Sea Fish

All the North Sea fish we receive has been checked by a commissioner on the auction to ensure good quality. With our long-time experience we know from which boatsw we have to buy – so we can meet the requirements of our customers. Below a selection of the main species we offer from the Dutch fish auctions.

We pack the fish in poly boxes of 3 to 10 kgs and are currently working on packaging in consumer-ready skin-packaging and MAP-packaging.
