Interfish is located in IJmuiden, just 1 kilometer away from one of the largest fish auctions in The Netherlands. Because of our favorable location, there is always a supply of fresh North Sea fish available. Beside fresh fish from the North Sea. We import only the highest available quality exotic fish species like fresh tuna, scallops, snow crab and pike perch. 

Lastly, we are constantly aiming to extend our assortment of added-value fish. We are well-know for our Premium Quality Scallops-brand and are currently working on skin- and MAP*-packaging.  *Modified Atmosphere Packaging
